Withdrawal from the contract

A contract concluded online can be cancelled online too — no reason needed, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Fill in the statement in two steps; we e-mail you a confirmation of receipt with the exact date and time right away.

Withdrawal statement

The 14-day period

You may withdraw within 14 days of the day the goods were handed over to you or to a person you designated. After withdrawing, return the goods within 14 days.

Exceptions

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications — e.g. DTF transfers and gang sheets printed from your files — or for business (B2B) purchases, unless the printing error occurred on our side. For standard stock products the right applies in full.

If the error is ours — e.g. we printed the wrong file, the wrong quantity, or there is a production defect — we will reprint the affected products free of charge.

Note: it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the uploaded files are ready for DTF printing: print-ready, 300 dpi, no semi-transparent pixels and no overly thin lines.

Returning the goods and your money

Return the goods unused, in the original packaging, to:

We refund using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the statement at the latest; we may withhold the refund until the goods arrive back or you provide proof of sending them.
