Product delivery is possible within the Republic of Croatia. Delivery costs are charged according to the price list of the delivery service and will be clearly stated when completing the order.
Delivery time depends on product availability and delivery address. The usual delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days, except in case of special circumstances.
In case of delivery delays or problems, please contact us through our customer service so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
When ordering a DTF imager, the customer is responsible for the correctness of the graphic material he transfers via our platform. Uploaded files will be printed exactly as sent without any additional changes or adjustments on our part.
The customer is obliged to ensure that the transferred graphics are technically correct and ready for printing. This includes resolution, colors, dimensions and all other aspects of image quality. Our team does not carry out additional checks or corrections of files unless it is agreed in advance.
Since we print exclusively according to the submitted files, complaints about printing due to errors in the submitted files will not be accepted. We recommend checking files carefully before sending.
DTFprint.hr is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your devices, printers or equipment due to unprofessional use of products purchased on our web store. This liability applies to all products, including but not limited to:
Although we strive to keep all product information accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee 100% the accuracy of all product information and specifications. Customers are responsible for verifying the correctness and suitability of products for their devices and equipment.
We recommend all customers to carry out tests before using our products to ensure their correctness and compatibility with their devices. This especially applies to consumables such as paints, adhesives and cleaning agents.
We recommend that you consult with the manufacturer of your printer or equipment before using our products to confirm product compatibility and avoid possible damage.
Customers have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The products must be unopened and unused, in the original packaging. It is not possible to return the duplicator, except in cases where the damage occurred during delivery.
