Description

HOT MELT powder glue for DTF films. It can be used on many types of fabrics, providing elasticity and full coverage. Thanks to the advanced formula, it maintains the softness of the application to the touch.

If stored as directed, the powder does not harden and applies evenly to the film, ensuring uniformity and seamless application. Another advantage of this adhesive powder is its excellent melting point at low temperatures of 120°C with reduced processing time. These properties make it ideal for washing resistance and long-term adhesion to clothes.

APPLICATION OF COPYRIGHT

• Press temperature: 140°C
• Application time: 10 seconds
• Removing the foil: while hot
• Pressure: Medium
• Additional advice: To increase adhesion on demanding materials, press again at the same temperature for another 5 seconds.

RESISTANCE TO WASHING

• Maximum temperature: 40°C/105°F
• Wash clothes inside out
• Dryer: gentle cycle
• Do not use bleach and/or other chemicals.

FABRICS Suitable for cotton, synthetic, mixed and elastic fabrics. Not suitable for impregnated and sublimation printed or dyed fabrics.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Spread the powder manually or using an automatic spreader onto the freshly printed DTF film.
2. Melt the powder in a drying tunnel at 120°C for 60 seconds until it is completely dry.
3. When dry, the glue should look shiny, rubbery, and have the texture of orange peel.
4. Shake the foil to remove excess powder.

STORAGE Fusible powder for DTF film is supplied in hermetically sealed 1 kg bags to preserve its chemical properties. We recommend using one pack at a time. Open and use each bag before opening a new one to prevent moisture from affecting product performance. TPU powders are particularly sensitive to moisture, so it is recommended to store the product under controlled humidity (between 40% and 60%). Always reseal powders in an airtight bag after use. Store away from direct sources of moisture, heat and UV radiation. Store the powder at a controlled temperature (15-35°C).
