A latest-generation, fully automated DTF printer. Optimised, stable, reliable.

The Super A604 is a new-generation DTF printer, premiered at Fespa 2025 in Berlin. It ships in a four Epson i3200 printhead configuration.

The Super A604 uses the latest BYHX mainboard and connects to the computer over a gigabit network link.

The printer reaches blistering speeds of 33 m²/h in 4-pass (360×2400 dpi) mode or 22 m²/h in 6-pass (360×3600 dpi) mode.

The DTF film is wound by a tensioning system that keeps a full 100 m roll rewinding smoothly.

The Super A604 has a large flat vacuum bed and an obstacle sensor, drastically reducing the risk of a film jam or a printhead strike.

Constant automatic ink circulation and stirring keeps the pigment evenly mixed and eliminates problems with white ink.

Our technicians upgrade the printer with quality peristaltic pumps and Mimaki dampers, delivering better performance, a longer-lasting ink system and a steadier ink flow.

We use the printer in our own DTF transfer production, and a demo can be arranged by appointment.

A film tensioning system that winds the roll precisely, with no re-adjusting needed while a whole roll prints.
